TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. By enrolling in the PurchasePlus Electronic Statement (e-statement) Service, You, (the cardholder), agree to be bound by all the operational rules and general terms and conditions governing PurchasePlus e-statement via E-mail service.
  2. Upon enrollment, you shall continue to receive your paper Statement of Account from delivery or postal mail for the next 60 days from date of enrollment. After which, you agree that PurchasePlus shall no longer deliver your bi-monthly Statement of Account to your mailing address. Instead, we will generate on statement date and you agree to accept and view in a timely manner, the electronic form of your bi-monthly Statement of Account or E-Statement sent to your enrolled e-mail address as an attachment file.
  3. Your e-statement shall be available three (3) days after the statement date and such date shall be deemed the date of the delivery of your bi-monthly Statement of Account.
  4. It is your sole responsibility to access your e-statement on the e-mail every cut-off date. Failure to do so shall not excuse you from payment by due date. Any charges incurred due to late or non-accessing of your e-statement shall be for your account.
  5. It is likewise your sole responsibility to immediately notify PurchasePlus of any change in your enrolled email address. PurchasePlus shall not be responsible for the consequences of your inability to receive any e-statements or your inability to pay your outstanding obligations under the card as a result of your failure to timely notify us of the change in your email address.
  6. Notify PurchasePlus in case of non-receipt or late receipt of e-statement. PurchasePlus shall not be liable for non-receipt of your e-statement via e-mail caused by failure on E-mail Host or ISP, e-mail box full, or Unknown E-mail address.
  7. Notify PurchasePlus immediately of any billing inquiries or error in your Statement. If no error is reported within 15 days from Statement Date, the statement will be considered as true and correct.
  8. You may cancel your enrollment in the Electronic Statement provided you give prior notice of such cancellation, through electronic or paper document sent to us and we acknowledge receipt of such notice. Upon cancellation of your enrollment, we shall automatically generate the paper form of your Statement of Account and send to your mailing address the paper form of your enrolled Statement of Account on the next statement date.
  9. If you do not cancel your enrollment and/or you continue to use the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions, and you agree unconditionally to be bound by the terms and conditions governing PurchasePlus E-Statement via E-Mail service and all amendments, revisions and additions which PurchasePlus may at its absolute discretion effect from time to time.
  10. This agreement shall form part of the General Terms & Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of PurchasePlus Installment Credit Card.
